Women struggle with so many heartbreaking experiences and decisions to make
– they can be endless. Women’s pain is often called “The pain without a name.”
What has taken you off your path to wholeness?
There are so many things that hurt a woman's heart...the uncried tears, the unfinished grieving, the pain of loss, the traumas, the fear, the emotional hurts so painful that they were buried alive. Hurt and trauma can impact women’s lives deeply, impacting your nervous system, brain functioning, sense of self, relationships, and ability to work and enjoy life. They can make it difficult to eat, care for your body, show up in relationships, make important decisions, and find passion and joy.
Sometimes you just want to quit.

We will explore your story with compassion, seek to help you remember who you are at the core of your being, then work together to develop a plan for sacred self-care using a holistic body-mind-soul approach to help you move forward in life with joy, ease, and authenticity.

I believe that counselling is both a science and an art. I aspire to provide a supportive environment to facilitate deep inner healing.
